  1. Sansoft Technologies will only implement SEO practices that are within the Webmaster guidelines recommended by each search engine (also known as White Hat SEO).
  2.  Any Web site that is all Flash contains frames/layers, pharmacy related, gambling or adult content is not eligible for the guarantee. Guarantees may be voided for, among other reasons, web sites that have downtime for one day or more, Web sites that have been altered after they have been optimized by Sansoft Technologies, Web sites that are cloned, or that do not use 301 for redirects or, web sites that have been penalized by any search engine in past.
  3. Sansoft Technologies guarantees a minimum number of top ten listings in any of the 3 search engines (Google.com, Yahoo.com or MSN.com) within 6 months the date of your new SEO code being approved, uploaded and live. 
  4. Though Sansoft Technologies offers guarantee for top 10 ranking in any of the three search engines (Google /Yahoo/ MSN) but they will also try there level best to get all the selected keywords to be ranked primarily on Google which has a major share in internet searches.
  5. The guarantee is a full money back guarantee, subject to these and the other terms and conditions of our Services Agreement, provided at the 6 month mark from date of completion if results are not obtained. In no event will Sansoft Technologies be liable to you for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the optimizations services provided.
  6. This service(s) does not guarantee any sales or traffic to your Web site. Traffic and sales depend upon the demand for your particular product or service, the design and layout of your Web site, and many other factors that are beyond the control of Sansoft Technologies.
  7.  The minimum term of the respective agreement for SEO including Top 10 Performance Based Monthly Maintenance is for 12 months from date of agreement. In the event of delays for which Sansoft Technologies is not responsible (see Section 4 ), the minimum term shall be extended accordingly.
  8. Upon expiration of the minimum term, the agreement shall be extended for an indefinite term if one of the parties has not given notice of termination at least four (4) weeks prior to expiration of the minimum term. After expiration of the minimum term, either party can give notice of termination two (2) weeks before the end of the calendar month at any time and without stating any reason for such termination.
  9.  Notices of termination must be made in writing, which in this case shall be satisfied by fax or email.   10.  The Client shall provide Sansoft Technologies with all necessary information and data required to perform services and shall take all measures that are required to perform services within the realm of its responsibility. A claim to performance of services shall arise in relation to Sansoft Technologies only after these duties of cooperation have been fulfilled, whereby the Client's payment obligations shall remain unaffected
  11.  Implementation of an SEO regime requires File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access to the client’s web site(s). Alternatively, Sansoft Technologies need to be provided with the contact details of the client’s technical agent who is able to upload the changes according to our instructions. (If a technical agent acts as an intermediary on behalf of the client, our instructions and recommendations must be followed in detail.)
  12.  The client agrees not to do or cause to be done anything, which is likely to interfere with or hinder any SEO programme implemented by our company with the agreement of the client. Any such action on the client’s (or the client’s agent’s) part will immediately render any and all agreed warranties void without further notice. 4.4. Client web site(s) must be hosted on a reliable web-server with sufficient uptime guarantees to ensure consistent site availability. 
  13. Payment terms for Guaranteed Top 10 Ranking service is : 50% upfront and 50 % within 30 days from date of signing agreement 
  14.  Top 10 Performance Based Monthly fees are based on organic top ten results in the following search engines only: Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Client need to pay only if no. of keywords as mentioned in the proposal are ranked .This payment is to be done within 10 days from the date site is ranked.
  15. All payments are non refundable unless stated otherwise in our Guarantee.
  16. The Company shall pay all fees as described in the proposal, attached hereto and a part hereof. Payment shall be made at Consultant’s address within 5 days of invoice or billed directly through Company credit card, if on file. Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month. If any payment is not be made as agreed, Consultant has the right to cease further performance. Any fees for completed work will then be invoiced.
  17. Sansoft Technologies services do not include the paid submission fees that some engines charge for inclusion. Sansoft Technologies is not affiliated with these submission services in any way. You may opt to pay these fees directly to the search engine for inclusion. Additional fees may apply for changes, modifications, updates, and optimization alterations that exceed the scope of these optimization services
  18. Deliverables include Keyword Research Report, SEO Report and weekly search engine ranking report.
